Shipping and Handling Charges:

For Canada:

Minimum CAN $6.95 for shipping and handling charges. Shipping & handling charges are calculated upon Checkout.

In general, orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from confirmation of your order.
All orders are sent by UPS, Purolator or by Canada Post Expedited and are delivered within 1 – 6* business days from their date of shipment. Expected delivery times will vary depending on the Province and location where the item is shipped. All orders within Canada are traceable.
No shipping deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for shipping on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

Please allow a maximum of two weeks depending on stock availability.

Should you refuse to accept delivery at the time of arrival and merchandise is returned to us, you will receive a credit minus any shipping costs incurred by us plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the package back in perfect selling condition and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account of your order once the necessary delay for investigation is reached.

** Delivery times are approximate and based on information from UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. These companies might delay shipping which is beyond our control.
Note: During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond shipping times indicated.

If a product you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, and we know that it is momentary, then we will do the following:
1. Hold your order and ship within 8 days maximum once missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
2. Propose a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.

For U.S. Orders: A minimum of US$6.95 for Shipping & Handling charges is automatically calculated upon Checkout.

Orders are generally sent by UPS, DHL, Purolator or by Canada Post Air Mail or by Canada Post Surface (if this option is chosen at purchase time). A delivery time of about 5-10 business days is general for AIR MAIL and of about 6 to 8 WEEKS for SURFACE DELIVERY to Western Europe (custom clearing time not included).

Expected delivery times will vary depending on the Country and location where the item is shipped to.

Shipping and handling charges, depending on the country of destination, will be given to you as soon as we receive your order by fax, email or telephone.

IMPORTANT for International Shipping:

International orders, including orders to U.S.A, may be subject to laws not allowing entry to the country or state of destination, and/or to border taxes (e.g. customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.) payable prior to retrieving your package in accordance with local laws in your country or state.

We might not be able to know in advance whether any taxes or fees will be applicable to your package at the time of delivery or at what amount such taxes or fees may be, or whether shipped products will be allowed entry. by customs/laws of the country/state of shipping destination. By asking us to ship to another country, you are assuming all liability for any customs, duties, or tariffs.

Any additional tariffs, custom clearance fees, duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Www.Bio-Sources.com absolves itself from delays in customs and is NOT responsible for any duty required in country of shipping. or for any orders held or not released by customs in your country or state. Please note that all International orders outside of Canada are final.

In case of Damages / No Arrival:

Please submit a detailed email with date of order, item(s) ordered, transaction payment details, and tracking number if available for us to submit to Canada Post or used courier company within 30 days, otherwise we might not be able to submit a claim, and therefore will not be able to verify that you have not received your order or that it has been damaged. In that case, we will not be able to replace not received or damaged order.

Please allow appropriate time from UPS, Purolator or Canada Post investigation to take place (it can take up to 45 days).

As we check that all external seal are unopened or unbroken before shipping, in the rare case that a supplement bottle ordered was received with an unbroken external seal but the inside cap lining is not perfectly sealed, the bottle would still be safe to consume. However, if you request a replacement bottle, we will only replace it after you submit your claim in written within 7 days AND cover the shipping of the returned UNUSED bottle as well as shipping of the replacement bottle. After receipt of your bottle, we will replace it within 7 days.

In case your order gets returned to us, you will be charged for shipping costs both ways and refunded for your purchase minus the all shipping charges and other associated costs, only after complete investigation time taken by the shipping company used, and after we get partially or fully refunded from the courier or shipping services used to ship your order.

Refunds and Cancellation of Order

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to customercare@biochlorella.com within 30 days of placing your order.

Our mission is to help you realize improved health and well-being through our premium natural health products, however if you have a change of heart, we’ll happily refund 100% of your money within 30 days, minus initial shipping cost (if your order had Free Shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping your order to you) once we receive back all ordered product(s) requested for a refund in its/their original unopened condition. You will assume shipping cost to send product(s) ordered back to us.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests for any product(s) opened, tampered with or that is/are no longer in a perfect selling condition.
